Changes to your order can be made within a limited timeframe, typically within 24 hours of placing the order, depending on the production schedule. If you need to make adjustments, such as changing the material, technology, or design specifications, contact our support team as soon as possible. Once production has started, it may not be possible to make changes, but we will do our best to accommodate your requests.

Our Instant Quotation tool supports common 3D file formats, including STL, OBJ, STEP, and IGES. These formats are widely used in 3D modeling and ensure compatibility with our quoting system. Make sure your file is properly prepared, with all necessary details included, to get an accurate quotation. If your model contains errors or is not watertight, it may affect the price estimate or result in an inability to generate a quote.

Several factors influence the price of your 3D printed part, including the material chosen, the technology used, the size and volume of the model, the complexity of the design, and any additional post-processing requirements.

For example, larger parts require more material, increasing the cost, while complex geometries may require more time and resources to print accurately. Additionally, specialized materials like metal or flexible polymers are often more expensive than standard plastics.

The choice of 3D printing technology depends on your project’s specifications, such as the desired level of detail, material properties, and budget. Technologies like FDM are ideal for cost-effective, durable parts, while SLA provides high-resolution, smooth surface finishes for detailed models. For functional prototypes requiring strength and precision, SLS or MJF may be more suitable. Our tool provides guidance based on your selections, but you can always reach out for expert advice.
