Refund Policy

This Refund Policy sets forth the terms and conditions under which refunds, returns, or cancellations may be granted. By purchasing our products or services, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms described herein.
1. Refunds for Products (3D Printers and Accessories)
1.1 Eligibility for Refunds
A refund for products may be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or not operational in accordance with the specifications provided at the time of purchase.
- An incorrect product (different model, specifications, or variant) has been delivered.
- The product is substantially different from the description presented on our official website or sales communication.
1.2 Conditions for Refund
To initiate and process a refund for a product:
- A refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The product must be returned in unused, unopened, and original condition, accompanied by all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and a valid purchase invoice.
- An internal quality inspection will be conducted upon receipt of the returned item. Refund approval is subject to the outcome of this inspection.
1.3 Exclusions and Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be processed under the following conditions:
- Variations in color, texture, or appearance arising due to differences in device screen settings or natural manufacturing deviations.
- Damages resulting from misuse, negligence, improper installation, or unauthorized repair or modification of the product.
- Products sold under promotional discounts, clearance sales, or customized/modified orders specifically tailored to customer requirements.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing components.
1.4 Return Shipping Responsibility
- In cases where the return is due to an error on part of Kallas Technologies (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product delivery), we will bear the full return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, including buyer’s remorse or change of mind, the customer shall be responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Refunds for Services (3D Printing, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Repairs, etc.)
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds on Services
A refund for services may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Services were not delivered in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications or service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Services were not commenced or completed within the agreed timeline, without reasonable cause or valid communication from Kallas Technologies.
2.2 Conditions for Service Refund
To be eligible for a service refund:
- A refund request must be formally submitted within three (3) calendar days following the scheduled completion date of the service.
- Substantiating evidence such as service order documents, email communications, or invoices must accompany the refund request.
- In the event that a portion of the service was satisfactorily rendered, a pro-rata (partial) refund may be issued at our discretion based on the extent of service completed.
2.3 Exclusions for Service Refunds
Refunds for services shall not be entertained under the following conditions:
- Delays or disruptions caused by customer-side factors, such as lack of access, incomplete information, or untimely cooperation.
- Minor deviations that do not materially affect the intended outcome or deliverable of the service.
- Cancellations or service terminations initiated by the customer after service commencement without substantiated cause.
3. Refund Process
- Upon receipt of your refund or return request, our Customer Support Team will verify and validate the claim.
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request via email within five (5) business days of submission.
- If approved, the refund will be credited within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the transaction, unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Product Order Cancellations
- Orders for products can only be cancelled prior to shipment dispatch.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will no longer be accepted, and the standard return policy shall apply.
4.2 Service Cancellations
- Service orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of service without incurring any cancellation charges.
- Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of scheduled service initiation or post commencement shall not be eligible for a full refund and may attract service fees.
