Since 3D design is a creative and client-specific service, our return policy is carefully structured to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of bespoke design work. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns and refunds are handled for 3D designing services.
1. General Understanding of Custom Design Services
All 3D designs delivered by Kallas.in are made to order, based on your unique project requirements. These services involve significant time, effort, and creative input from our professional designers. Therefore, unlike physical products, 3D design services cannot be returned or reused by other customers. Due to this custom nature, we do not provide returns or full refunds under normal circumstances.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Return
Although we do not typically accept returns, a refund or cancellation request may be considered under the following circumstances:
a. Service Not Delivered
If Kallas.in fails to deliver the 3D design project within the timeline agreed upon in writing, and the delay is not due to incomplete client input or communication, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the work completed.
b. Project Not Started
If you request a cancellation before any design work has begun, and the request is made within twenty-four hours of payment, you may be eligible for a full refund. Once any part of the design work has started, refund eligibility will be evaluated case by case.
c. Technical Error in Final Files
If the final delivered files contain technical errors such as incorrect file formats, corrupted files, or non-functional elements and we are unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable period, you may be entitled to a partial refund or revised delivery at no additional cost.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The design project has already been partially or fully completed and approved by you.
- You decide to cancel the project due to a change of mind, change in business goals, or preferences not clearly communicated during the project briefing.
- Delays in delivery are caused by incomplete information, lack of feedback, or late communication from the client.
- The project has been delivered and there is no technical issue or violation of the agreed scope.
4. Revision and Correction Policy
Kallas.in offers a revision phase to make sure the final design meets your expectations.
- You are entitled to a specific number of free revisions as mentioned in your service package.
- Revisions can include minor design changes such as color, lighting, camera angle adjustments, surface detailing, or structure fine-tuning.
- Any request for major revisions that deviate significantly from the original approved concept may be treated as a new project and will incur additional charges.
- Additional revisions beyond the included number will be quoted and billed separately.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund or raise a concern regarding your 3D design service, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to info@kallas.in with the subject line “Refund Request – 3D Design Service”
- Include your full name, mobile number, order ID or project name, and a clear explanation of the issue
- Attach any relevant screenshots or communication that support your request
- Our support team will review your request and respond within three to five business days
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within seven to ten working days.
