  • Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days following order confirmation and successful payment receipt.
  • Custom or Configured Orders: Orders involving customized configurations may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified accordingly at the time of order placement.
  • Order Verification: In certain cases, additional documentation or verification may be required to confirm the accuracy and legitimacy of the transaction before order processing.

Note: Business days refer to Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timelines

Kallas Technologies partners with reputable logistics providers to ensure prompt and secure delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for select products and regions at an additional cost, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary based on external factors such as geographic location, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

4. Shipping Charges
  • Standard Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
  • Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to final payment.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order:

    • In the event of visible damage, customers are requested to refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
    • If the package is accepted, any issues must be reported to Kallas Technologies within 24 hours of receipt, supported by photographic evidence.
  • Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to customer-related issues (e.g., unavailability, incorrect address):
    • Re-delivery attempts may incur additional charges payable by the customer.
    • If the shipment is returned to our facility, further reshipment costs will also be borne by the customer.
7. International Shipping

Customers requesting international delivery must:
