  • We currently offer shipping to addresses within India only, specific states within India, select international locations – be precise. Please ensure that your shipping address is within our serviceable area before placing your order.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges. Please check with your local customs authorities for more information.

6. Tracking Your Order
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a direct link to the shipping carrier’s website where you can track the real-time status of your delivery.
  • Please allow 12-24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your Kallas account on our website and navigating to your order history.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
  • It is crucial that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address during the checkout process, including the correct street address, city, state, pin code, and a valid contact phone number.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at +91 9154128564. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes once the order has been processed for shipment.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
  • While we take utmost care in packaging your order securely, damages or loss during transit can occasionally occur.
  • Damaged Items:If your package arrives damaged, please:
    • Refuse to accept the delivery if the damage is significant and clearly visible.
    • If you accept a damaged package, please make a note of the damage on the delivery receipt before signing it.
    • Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged product(s).
    • Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the damaged shipment, providing your order number and the photographs as evidence. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
  • Lost Shipments: If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe, and the tracking information does not show any recent updates, please contact our customer support team. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Please allow 7-10 business days for the carrier to complete their investigation. Once the carrier confirms the loss of the shipment, we will arrange for a reshipment (subject to product availability) or a full refund.
9. Multiple Shipments
  • Depending on the products you have ordered and their availability, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. If this occurs, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails with tracking numbers for each package. You will only be charged the shipping fee quoted at the time of your original purchase.
10. Undeliverable Packages
  • If a package is deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier due to reasons such as an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us.
  • If we receive an undeliverable package, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for reshipment. Please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for reshipping the package.
  • If we do not receive a response from you within 7 days of our notification, we may issue a refund for the product cost (excluding the original shipping charges).
