At Kallas.in, we are committed to ensuring that your custom 3D printed products are securely packaged and delivered to your doorstep in a timely and reliable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding delivery methods, timeframes, locations, packaging standards, shipping costs, and liability.
This policy applies exclusively to all orders placed through Kallas.in for 3D printing services, including items printed in plastic, resin, or other materials based on customer specifications.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently offer shipping services to all major cities and regions within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at info@kallas.in prior to placing your order.
3. Order Processing and Production Time
All 3D printed items are custom-manufactured and are not pre-stocked products. Therefore, the delivery timeline depends on both production and shipping time.
Standard Processing Timeline:
- Order Confirmation and File Review: 1 to 2 business days
- Production Time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on print complexity, material, and volume
- Post-Production (Cleaning & Curing if applicable): 1 to 2 business days
- Dispatch: Once quality checks are completed
Note: Complex models, large batch orders, or engineering-grade prints may require additional processing time. Clients will be informed in such cases.
4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We partner with reputed logistics and courier companies such as Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure secure and trackable delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time After Dispatch:
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote Locations: 7 to 10 business days
You will receive a shipment tracking number via email or SMS once your package has been dispatched.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and chosen delivery method. Charges will be clearly displayed during checkout.

- Express Shipping (Optional): Available at additional cost. Contact us for express delivery options.
- Free Shipping: Available for qualifying orders above ₹[10,000]
6. Packaging Standards
We take every precaution to ensure that your 3D printed items are securely packed using protective materials such as bubble wrap, rigid boxes, and cushioning to avoid damage during transit. Fragile or resin-based prints may be shipped in foam-lined containers or reinforced packaging.
Each package is labeled with handling instructions, including “Fragile – Handle with Care” stickers where applicable.
7. Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to adhere to the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
- Courier partner issues or logistical disruptions
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Government restrictions or COVID-related lockdowns
In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Delivery Acceptance
Upon receiving the package, we recommend the following steps:
- Inspect the package for any visible signs of damage
- Take photos immediately if the package appears tampered or damaged
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report any issue related to physical damage or incorrect product delivery
Kallas.in will not be responsible for issues reported after this period without clear evidence of fault.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier service is unable to deliver due to the recipient being unavailable or an incorrect address:
- One or more re-attempts may be made
- If the shipment is returned to us, the customer will bear the reshipping charges
10. Liability and Risk
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. However, we will assist in filing claims with the shipping partner if necessary.
Kallas.in is not liable for:
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Theft or loss after successful delivery marked by the tracking system
- Delivery to the wrong address due to incorrect details provided at checkout
11. International Shipping (On Request)
International shipping may be offered for certain 3D printed products. Clients outside India must email info@kallas.in for a custom shipping quote, duties estimate, and delivery timeline. Customs clearance, taxes, and import duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
